Before your booking

All reservations are for private transfers and your party will be the vehicle’s only passengers. This means no queues, no waiting for other passengers to arrive and no additional stops.
The smallest vehicle we have is 4 passengers, with the exception of Premium services, which we recommend 3 passengers because they tend to be more compact. An 8-seat minivan can store up to twice as much as a 4-passenger vehicle. The luggage allowed is one suitcase per passenger with a maximum cumulative size of 159cm (75cm + 53cm + 31cm). Please reserve a vehicle with the right capacity to meet the needs of your group. Our operators work to offer you the best possible experience. During the reservation process there is a "Observations" field where you will indicate that extra luggage. Yes. They are also free in the great majority of transfers we offer. We have children's chairs from different groups: Group I: Suitable chairs for children weighing between 9 and 18 kg (approximately between 9 months and 4 years). It carries its own belts: one passes over each shoulder, another between the legs and closes over the child's gut. Group II: Suitable chairs for children weighing between 15 and 25 kg (approximately between 4 years and 6 years). Lift with backrest. Group III: Suitable chairs for children weighing between 22 and 36 kg (approximately between 5 months and 11 years). Lift without backrest. You can select how many chairs for children and / or babies you need during the reservation process. On certain occasions, chairs may not be available, such as a last minute substitution on the assigned vehicle or if the seats are not compatible with the seats due to the characteristics of the vehicle.
Epictransfers.com has an SSL certificate, suitable to provide visitor security while browsing the web. It is a way to tell our customers that the site is authentic, real and reliable to enter personal data. Your credit card information is not entered until the last step of the reservation process, in which you are redirected to a fully secure server of the bank where you make the payment. Epictransfers.com never has access to your card data and therefore it is not stored in our system.
Epictransfers.com works daily to expand destinations and populations. Don't enter the address (Street / Avenue / ...) in the booking search. Enter the city or town you want. During the booking process, we will ask you for the address where you need to pick you up and the address of your destination. Once you have made the payment of your reservation, you will receive the voucher and the corresponding invoice automatically and immediately in your email. 24 hours before your transfer is made, our system will send a reminder to your email.

We accept reservations with a minimum notice period of 24 hours (in the Peninsula) and 48 hours in the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands (according to availability). For urgent last minute reservations, you can call us at 910607723 and one of our operators will indicate if there is availability of the requested vehicle. This service is subject to operator validation and supervision.
You can make the payment for the full amount 100% at the time the reservation is made. We accept PayPal, Credit / Debit Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro.
We have a secure 3D payment system, which when you go to book, asks for the password of the card before confirming the reservation. If the card is rejected you will have to contact your bank, this will give you the option to reset the password at the time the payment is charged to your card. Epictransfers.com can not provide assistance related to your password.
As a general rule, animals are not allowed, except if you are traveling with a guide or assistance dog. If you want to travel with your pet and have a carrier, consult with one of our operators to confirm and validate this service.
Yes. We offer the possibility of making multiple stops in the same town to pick up or drop off other passengers. It is also possible to make a stop for the collection of keys, as long as it is in the same locality or with address to its final destination. During the process of your reservation, select in the section "Extras and services" the option "Extra stop in same locality". This service is subject to operator validation and supervision.
We accept all type of credit/debit cards including AMERICAN EXPRESS
There will always be someone offering these services cheaper, bogus brokers who may not deliver the service you booked and paid for, some without an official registered company sub contracting vehicles which may not comply to local health and safety regulations holding a full license and insurance, do not take the risk, you are worth more than that!


Before your trip

You will automatically receive a confirmation e mail once you have made a booking, this will give full joining instructions for your arrival along with procedure for departure transfers. If for some reason you have not received the e mail (could be your system has mistaken our e mail for spam and it has been deleted) then please contact our Customer Service department.
Don’t worry, you will always be given a 24/7 emergency number of the traffic manager however. Always at your service.
Firstly, don’t worry, flights are monitored closely for delays, drivers, traffic manager and airport staff are in constant contact and you will never be left stranded due to a flight delay.
In your voucher you have all the information about the meeting points at the airport, but as a general rule, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall of the airport, where all the relatives are waiting, with a sign with your name on it. The driver will wait for the time of 1 hour, which will begin to count at the time the flight lands. Go to Him, and will gladly help you with your luggage and everything you need.
Yes. You need to bring a printed copy of the Voucher (Reservation Sheet), both on your ONE WAY trip and on your RETURN trip that you received in your email. You must present the same to the driver at the meeting point. In the same way, don't forget to carry with you essential documents such as Passport.
If you wish to cancel your reservation or transfer, you can do so "without additional charges" up to 24 hours before the day of the first transfer. To do this, contact us by phone or email.


After your trip

During the process of your reservation on our website www.epictransfers.com, you have the option to request an official invoice, providing all your information as an entrepreneur or professional. It also has the option to request a simplified invoice to justify the service or services contracted. You can download your invoice in the section "Manage your booking" with your username and password that we provide you by email once you have made the reservation.
If you have forgotten any belongings in your transfer, please contact the 24 hours number that appears on the bottom of your voucher, so we can try to locate it as soon as possible. Any expense that this incurs will be totally united to you. epictransfers.com is not responsible for any expense caused by loss of objects and is exempt from liability for lost or forgotten objects in a vehicle.
